    Hello,

This podcast was extremely helpful. I have been associated with BDD and a minor form of Bulimia. Understanding the association of self worth to food and discipline is my biggest down fall. As a perfectionist, it is hard to let go of the “good food” “bad food” syndrome. My weight has fluctuated between 115 and 145 over the past 5 years and I want to be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle and not be guided by daily food intake.

    Thank you.

Hey Jacquelyn, thanks for the comment.

Sounds like you’ve been working hard for a long time, and it can be really tough. I still deal with the same problem of looking at foods as good or bad. I’ll be writing more about this soon, so I hope it helps.
